Do we allow single diners?

Yes we do, but we ask that you email us at reservations@elideas.com with the date and time of your request, and we will get back to you the following day. Please include a billing zip code and phone number, along with any dietary restrictions.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We accept almost all dietary restrictions (including vegan), and there is a place on the reservation request for you to list them.

What is the cost of dinner?

Dinner costs $185 per person ($245 after tax and service charge).

Where is EL located?
2419 W. 14th Street, Chicago, IL, 60608

EL ideas is a part of the Douglas Park neighborhood of Chicago and is about 15 minutes from Chicago’s Loop/downtown. We are located at 14th and Western, just south of I-290.

Turn down the dead end street; EL ideas is located on the first floor in the 3-story building on the left.

Is parking available?
Yes, street parking is free, and there is access to a lot on the north side of the street (up the little hill). You are permitted to park there, the no parking signs are for events at Cinespace.

What beverages should we bring?
What ever you want! We are BYOB. We do have lots of glassware for you to enjoy your drink of choice.

We have a great relationship with Perman Wine Selection (312-255-8990) who does an amazing job pairing in any price range. They can even arrange for delivery.

What is the dress code?
We want our guests to feel comfortable, but please no flip-flops, baseball caps, or open-toed shoes. Thank you!!!
