This is the result of me coming in early one morning, glancing over our breakfast buffet and wanting to inject a little life into it.
We are pretty much tied into the Hilton standard for breakfast as many of the business travellers who frequent us have come to expect, but this fits into that mold and is a major upgrade from a vegetable dish that used to sit and collect steam in the chaffing dish as few would partake in it.
We’ve also been running it as a lunch special with a green salad to much acclaim.
